Cranberries contain proanthocyanidins that help prevent urinary tract infections by preventing harmful bacteria from adhering to the urinary tract and bladder. Adults: Take 2 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

Duration of use: For the prevention of recurrent UTIs: Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
