New Roots Herbal has selected a 100% pure, cold-pressed essential from the fruit zests of sweet orange (Citrus sinsensis), which invigorate a room like a freshly peeled orange. Limonene, from the monoterpene family, accounts for approximately 50% of its active ingredients. In addition to limonene, coumarins, ketones, and aldehydes contribute to its intense and pleasant citrus aroma.

Its calming, fruity, and vibrant fragrance relieves nervous tension. Mix with lemon or lime essential oil for an exotic scent, or with clove essential oil for a more comforting ambiance.

In topical use, its properties make it a good ally to nourish mature skin. A few drops added to a vegetable oil, such as sweet almond oil, will stimulate the lymphatic system and help remove toxins from your skin.
