Ginseng has been called the king of herbs in China; it has been revered there for some 7,000 years. Panax ginseng is a deciduous perennial shrub whose fleshy root requires 4 6 years of cultivation to reach maturity. Widely cultivated, ginseng is now used as restorative remedy and is valued for its adaptogenic properties.

Panax ginseng helps reduce mental fatigue and promotes healthy glucose levels. It helps enhance physical performance and capacity during physical stress, increasing mental and physical work capacity. This plant extract also helps with mental strain by increasing concentration as well as mental acuity and intellectual performance.

Panax ginseng is used for conditions of tiredness, weakness, debility, convalescence, low resistance, aging, stress, poor metabolism, and lack of concentration. European clinical trials with ginseng have found an increase in reaction time, alertness, concentration, and visual and motor coordination.

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with meals or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Panax ginseng root and leaf extract, standardized to a minimum of 20% ginsenosides (including both Rb and Rg ginsenosides)	300 mg
Other ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate in a non-?GMO vegetable capsule composed of carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, if you are taking antidepressant medications, if you are taking blood thinners or digoxin, or if you have diabetes.

Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, or headaches; in which case, discontinue use.
